Why am I writing a blog?
• I am also a writer. It’s innate.
• Many artists throughout history have also been writers. This is good company.
• To expand my writing skills. Really. I will get better at this over time. Or maybe not.
• I have an awful lot of things to get out of my system. It’s a health issue.
• Even if what I have to say is uncomfortable and could/will annoy certain gatekeepers. Hmmm... Oh well. Full steam ahead.
• A blog is more fun than a newsletter. I thought about doing a newsletter years ago.
• Blogs are national/international - And local just isn’t cutting it at this time.
- That is until I find some new place to be local within.
- I miss local. Local is wonderfully hands-on.
- But I like the intertubes as well. The internet is mind-on, and my mind is intensively active. Usually.
• I have metaphorical tons of stuff to give.
• I have nothing to lose.
